"i had a dream last night, seemed overly long, continuous and slow moving, even while I was lucid at times. i dreamt of mobarack ali, a man i met in the fomenting of new politics in and around 2009 and 2010. he does not live far from me. but in the dream we were in a temperate climate, it was spring fresh from winter, it was cold, wet snow and raining and i sat in his house that seemed like an open huge warehouse, with other people feeling cold and wet. and he reached from his ceiling and gave me three of those flat hats from my childhood that we wore in brooklyn, one each for a hand and a third for my head.. i now wonder if that dream is somehow an answer, guide or instruction for my life. telling me to seek him out he will solve or provide for my problems. i hate having such weird frames, dreams and interpretations. also in the dream i was on a scooter motorbike, did not know how to ride, but somehow was riding and ( i just got the taste for rum punch- at 5:31am in the morning- good lord help me) while on it I told myself, take it, try to ride it, it aint that hard, and you wont crash and so I started driving riding this scooter motorbike that i was somehow already riding like a magic carpet. and so I was riding (every time i try to write riding, i write writing!) east in my neighborhood and then the next odd thing a herd of antlers or some such animal moved through mobarack's warehouse while we sat there. i now wonder if that is the herd of civilization, life as we know and see it, the politics, the way of living in places...that i am just to sit it out and watch it all pass. I dont know. trying to make sense of it all"
